Construction Engineering Company
- Location: Near Tiong Bahru
- Working Days: 5.5 days, 44 hours

**Job Scopes**:
- Handle general phone inquiries.
- Create quotes, service memos, and invoices for customers.
- Report on progress during weekly meetings.
- Organize and maintain document records.
- Manage and update customer database.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address dissatisfaction.
- Assist with purchasing and sourcing products.
- Maintain and update project progress records.
- Create Risk Assessments, Permit to Work forms, and project schedules.
- Prepare and oversee Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payments.
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc administrative tasks under the guidance of the department head.
**Requirements**:
- Posses at least Diploma and equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Admin roles or related position
- Experience in SAP system will be an advantage.
