Quality Assurance Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Policy & System Management**: Review and update **Quality** and **Health & Safety Policies**, and maintain **QMS** and **OHSMS** manuals.
- **Audit & Certification**: Plan and conduct internal audits for **ISO 9001** and **ISO 45001**, and manage third-party certification audits.
- **Document Control & Updates**: Ensure the latest revisions of all QMS and OHSMS documents are in place and assist departments with procedure updates.
- **Training & Inspections**: Organize training on quality standards and conduct **Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)**, inspections, and external client/CLASS Surveyor inspections.
- **Non-Conformance & Risk Management**: Monitor non-conformance closures and create/review **Risk Management Plans** for projects.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years in Quality Assurance or Health & Safety, ideally in marine construction.
- **Skills**: Knowledge of **ISO 9001** and **ISO 45001**, audit management, and strong communication skills.

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
