**Job Summary**

1. Assist the Clinical Therapist (PT) / Rehab Section Lead in the provision of clinical, administrative, and managerial tasks assigned.

2. To submit clinical outcomes report (Centre-based rehab services) and rehab statistics (Monthly / Quarterly) to Rehab Head

3. Participate and conduct clinical meetings and training for junior therapy staff as and when required.

**Clinical Roles**:
1.To conduct the therapy treatment as instructed by the therapist (PT/ OT) under his / her direct or indirect supervision.

2.To update any changes in the client’s clinical condition/therapy treatments in the therapy records as and when needed.

3.To strictly follow the safety handling procedures/infection control measures (PPE) during the delivery of therapy services

4. To conduct the patient satisfaction survey/feedback from the clients on therapy services rendered after the completion of required therapy treatments/time of discharge/cancelation of therapy service.

**Job Requirement**
- Locally trained with Therapy Support Course Certificate
- Possess a passionate disposition to interact and care for seniors
- Computer skills (MS word/ excel) if any (added advantage)
- Possess a positive, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Team player
