Therapy Support Associate

Job Description:
As a Therapy Support Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in carrying out their care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of physiotherapy and occupational therapy care plans as assigned by the respective therapists.
- Provide support in lifting and transferring clients where necessary, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Monitor clients' progress, reporting any abnormalities or concerns to the relevant therapists.
- Maintain accurate records and documents of therapy sessions performed.
- Contribute to the maintenance of rehabilitative equipment, reporting any faults or issues to the Physiotherapist.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients to receive therapy.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities are required.
- Keen attention to detail and a caring nature are essential.
- Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength is necessary.
