**What the role is**
- Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. Police Logistics Department (PLD) supports this mission by providing timely mission-centric logistics capabilities.
As a Manager in the Logistics Support and Services Division, PLD, you play a pivotal role in providing value-added logistics services to the logistics community. You will be part of the team involved in managing various supply chain operations and services in Police Logistics Department.
The Logistics Services Team manages logistics contracts and services in supporting SPF’s equipping and operation needs. Our work covers contract management, supply chain and services management, product cycle management, cataloguing authority, found and unclaimed properties management.

**What you will be working on**
- Your work primarily focuses on establishing and maintaining logistics services and supplies through effective and efficient procurement strategies. You will work with stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain eco-system. You are expected to establish, review, and manage the processes of various workstreams you are managing, including monitoring the performances of the contracts based on pre-defined KPIs.
Key areas of work:

- Work with stakeholders and strategic partners to establish and maintain logistics services and supplies.
- Manage, monitor and review contractual performance to ensure services and supplies are adhered to the terms and conditions.
- Manage the entire product life cycle of the various equipment, general supplies, accoutrements and services.

**What we are looking for**
- The ideal applicant would be someone who has:

- Background in Engineering and/or Supply Chain Management with relevant work experience,

or
- Relevant experience and qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Project Management and/or Product Life Cycle Management,

and,
- Good written and analytical skills, preferably with knowledge in drafting specifications and contracts.
