Reporting to the Senior Manager(SM), your duties and responsibilities shall include:

- Assist the SM in overseeing the operations and procedures at the Company’s warehouse facility including relationship and management with the various vendors and clients.
- Report on operational status of any facilities asset.
- Assist SM in managing of Security Control Room operation, including but not limited to operating of systems and answering to calls of enquiries etc.
- Assist SM in managing a team of outsourced Auxiliary Police Officers and Security Officers for the Security operations of the building.
- Assist SM in managing the overall Fire Command Centre Operations (including card access control, Security Intrusion system, Building Automation System and Fire Suppression System).
- Ensure that specialist sub-contractors conform to site requirements and carry out their duties in accordance with the planned regimes.
- Ensure that all tenants conform to the site requirements on inbound and outbound cargo shipments and make improvement to such procedures from time to time.
- Analyse performance and professionalism of specialist suppliers, identify alternative strategies where appropriate utilizing latest best practice and innovative ideas.
- Assist SM in Maintaining clear and precise maintenance records on all systems.
- To maintain good communication with tenants, ensuring that any feedback from failure or incident is fully reported both verbally and in writing.
- Responsible for the 24/7 operational status of the Security Control Room, be available during the weekend when required and attend to tenants request during non-working hours.
- Take on the role of X-Ray Screener/operator when required.
- Other ad-hoc tasks/schedules required by the SM.
