Assistant Finance Manager

Prepare full set of accounts for a SG company and prepare GST submission.
- Check /Review invoices, expense claims and related supporting documents for the overseas subsidiaries in China.
- Check/Review/compile monthly financial statements received from subsidiaries in China and perform financial analysis.
- Assist to the finance department in China.
- Provide management support to the regional finance department and to effectively improve the team for good practice of accounting function.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting slides for management meeting.
- Perform the tasks assist to Financial Controller in day-to-day accounting management.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Background in Accountancy, Finance or other relevant professional qualification
- 4+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Excellent familiarity with MS Office tools, excel in particular
- A team player who works well with a team
- Able to start work immediately or short notice
- Experience in cost accounting is an added advantage.
- Skillful in Excel spreadsheet.
- Can communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
