We are seeking a dedicated Education Advisor with expertise in international school admissions to join our team. As an Education Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and their families through the process of selecting and gaining admission to international schools, spanning from early childcare to secondary levels. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring students receive a well-rounded and quality education.

**Job Descriptions**
- **Client Consultation**:Meet with prospective students and their families to understand their educational needs and goals.
Provide detailed information about international schools, curriculum options, and admission requirements.
- **School Selection**:Assess students' academic abilities and interests to recommend suitable international schools.
Assist in the selection of primary and secondary schools that align with students' aspirations.

Address concerns and challenges that may arise.
- **Stay Informed**:Stay updated on international school trends, curriculum changes, and admission policies.
Attend relevant workshops and conferences.

Ensure compliance with all necessary paperwork.
- **Reporting**:Prepare regular reports on student progress and success stories.
- **Campus tour**: Arrange campus tour for prospective students, their families, or anyone interested in exploring the facilities and offerings of an educational institution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Proven experience in education consultancy, particularly with international school admissions.
- Excellent knowledge of international school systems, curricula, and admission procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and supportive approach to working with students and families.
- Ability to stay updated on education trends and adapt to changing requirements.
- Proficiency in languages commonly used in international schools (e.g., English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese client).
