Reachfield Security is a Grade “A” Security Guards Agency that provides security personnel to various buildings, shopping centres, offices, clubs, Residential premises, schools, factories in Singapore.

**Security Executives (Schools)**

$3200 to $4000

**Requirements**:
1. Possess Security License & those without can go for WSQ courses so as to be qualified as a Security personnel.

2. Prefer with experience in Customer Service, front line or uniform group like Police or SAF/SCDF.

3. Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, a good team player and ability to work very well with clients and security Officers.

4. Able to work to cover schools’ day shift responsibilities. The may be exception, for example, election centre.

**Duties**

2. Assist Schools OM (Operations Manager) in the day-to-day operations and deployment of security personnel to the allocated sites.

3. Provide support for Operations Managers, assist in handling complaints or operational issues. Willing to stand-in as Security Officer if needed and work 12-hour shift.

4. Offer suggestions to management to enhance security measures within the organisation.

5. Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher courses on bomb threats & customer service on a yearly basis. Train Security Officers to perform duties as required by clients.

6. Co-ordinate with management team and work with clients’ management to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Make rounds and checks to various sites to ensure staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and meet up with clients to get feedback on weekly basis.

8. Any other duties related to the operations of the sites.
