**Job Summary**
Are you passionate about art and education? We are looking for creative and dedicated **Freelance Clay Art Instructors** to join our team This role is perfect for graduates, students, or anyone interested in earning extra income while teaching children aged 3-15 the art of clay modeling. Previous experience in clay art is a plus, but not required - training will be provided

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Deliver engaging art classes**: Follow and deliver lesson plans for clay modeling and other creative art activities to students in regular classes, workshops, and camps.
- **Ensure smooth class operations**: Facilitate an organized and professional learning environment that encourages creativity and hands-on participation.
- **Monitor student progress**: Provide feedback and encourage students in developing their clay art skills while maintaining a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- **Address parent queries**: Respond to feedback and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow instructors and staff to ensure smooth operations and an enjoyable learning experience for all students.
- **Promote the organization**: Contribute to the promotion and development of the company's activities in alignment with our vision and mission.

**Key Requirements**
- **Interest in clay art and creativity**: A passion for working with children and teaching them about clay modeling and art.
- **Teaching experience**: Previous experience in teaching children is a plus, but not mandatory.
- **Strong communication**: Ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- **Responsibility and professionalism**: Punctuality, proper class preparation, and a professional approach to teaching.
- **Organized and creative**: Capable of managing class materials and creating a fun and engaging environment for children.
- **Commitment**: Must be willing to commit to a minimum term of 6 months.

**Additional Skills & Experience (Preferred but not required)**
- Experience in clay art or other creative arts.
- Previous experience working with children (ages 3-15).
- A strong interest in learning and teaching new creative techniques.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 10 per week
