We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer to join our Communications team to support external and internal communications strategies in alignment to organisational strategic themes.

Reporting to the Deputy Director, the incumbent will work on communications and branding initiatives that help to tell the Singapore Pools story, across various platforms and channels.

However, we also recognise that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in communications or in content development, we want to talk to you.

**What You'll Do**
- You will manage and build reputation for Singapore Pools through execution of strategic communications plans and initiatives, media engagement and issues management.
- You will craft communications materials and content such as media releases, talking points, speeches and newsletters to communicate our messages to both external and internal audiences.
- You will engage media, facilitate media requests and interviews, and monitor media reports.
- You will produce content for publications such as the Annual Report and Newsletter, as well as other communications collateral.
- You will plan, organise and execute corporate events to enhance brand positioning.
- You will proactively support organisation and business divisions on their operational communications and branding needs. You will also support Singapore Pools’ charity partners in their communications efforts.
- You will assist with department administrative tasks where needed.

**Who You Are**
- You should have a degree in Mass Communications or Marketing, preferably with around 1-3 years of experience.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- You write clearly and concisely, and are able to tailor the content for different platforms and audiences.
- You are resourceful, meticulous, and possess good organisational and planning skills.
- You work well in a team, able to think on your feet and manage projects independently.
- You are passionate about branding, communications and storytelling, and are an energetic self-starter.

Singapore Pools was established by the Government on 23 May 1968 to provide safe and trusted betting to counter illegal gambling. As a not-for-profit organisation, all of Singapore Pools' surplus is channeled to Tote Board to fund a wide range of causes in social service, community development, sports, the arts, education and health. Currently, Singapore Pools contributes about $2 billion annually to the Government in the form of taxes and duties, and for the funding of good causes.
