1. Serving customers at the counter with a smile and fast speed of service

2. Answering to the customer's enquiries, input their selections accurately into the POS systems and handling cash from walk-in customers, ensuring that there are no errors in the sales transactions

3. Maintaining great working relationship with our delivery partners by ensuring that our pizzas are always handled over to them in a timely manner

4. Ensuring that the communication and processing of large orders for events are managed effectively and the orders are delivered to the clients in a timely manner

5. Perform accurate closing of sales and cash at the end of each shift and deposit money in the safe

6. Performing kitchen duties such as preparing dough, marinating the meats, cutting the ingredients, portioning toppings and cooking pizzas and food offering

7. Prompt update of the inventory system, conducting weekly inventory checks and accurately placing orders of any ingredients to avoid any shortage

8. Maintaining a clean work environment at all tiimes by constantly cleaning the kitchen and work stations before, during and after shift hours

9. Adhering to our policies and procedures on health, safety and security

10. Be a friendly and helpful colleague by providing guidance, coaching and maintaining a positive work environment to our team members

11. Be mindful and considerate to be always on time for all shifts and stay till the end"
