Service Crew Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Crew to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food, attending to customer requests, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and completing other duties as assigned.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Preparing and serving food for dine-in, take away, or online orders.
  2. Preparing drinks and additional side orders for customers.
  3. Attending to and responding to customers' requests promptly and professionally.
  4. Completing routine counter-opening and counter-closing duties during shift handover and closing at night.
  5. Maintaining the cleanliness of the back and front counter area, chiller, ice bin, and beverage equipment on a regular basis.
  6. Stocking up on necessary sauces, cutleries, packing bags, cups, and other items as required to serve customers.
  7. Serving meals and ensuring the dining area is kept clean at all times.
  8. Clearing away rubbish properly to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for customers.
  9. Reporting immediately to the duty store manager for any unusual incidents that may cause harm to other employees or to the company's brand.
  10. Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
