**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support the financial and strategic evaluation of evolving ISPE network optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and track program KPI’s and analyse and make recommendations to improve performance to achieve the strategic objectives.
- Develop business cases in support of new or changing program initiatives and investment decisions.
- Participate in key workstream projects to support delivery of strategic objectives.
- Oversee benefits reporting and critically assess benefits performance against expected program outcomes.
- Develop presentations for steering committees, exco and board meetings.
- Coordinate monthly program reporting processes, as well as forecasts, reviews, analysis, and updates.
- Drive and support program governance and administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with governance processes and procedures, universally across the program.
- Ensure key project personnel are appropriately trained in program governance processes.

**Critical Experience and Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, economics, finance or equivalent (post
- graduate highly regarded). Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, science or equivalent also highly regarded.
- Experience (c. 3years) in or working with large, global businesses with complex/diverse portfolios and operations.
- Experience from a recognised strategy consulting firm would be considered highly advantageous.
- Experience in business strategy development.
- Strong commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
- Proven structured problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills.
