**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Administer Database server (SQL Server) for On-Prem SQL Server 2017, Aws RDS, Azure SQL Server instances.
- Operationalize by implementing various security guidelines and best-practices, and keep-up-to-date on security patches
- Co-ordinate with Application teams and Clients for the monitoring, reporting, administration of the database
- Perform health monitoring, reporting and optimizing sql server health and performance issues
- Advise, Report and provide remediation guidances of SQL Server health issues
- Perform scalability assessments and when needed work with external vendors’ and self-provision the Cluster, SQL Server instances
- Manage various database maintenance activities and follow-up on the resolution of the various maintenance issues noticed and perform for closure
- Manage database backup/restoration health services and disk-level management issues.

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in Computer Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experiences
- Database Administration
- Microsoft SQL Server Optimization & Tuning
- Microsoft Windows Server Administration
- Server Virtualization Tools
- IT Architecture Design
