- Enrol new students through walk
- Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child/children
- Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target
- Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child/children’s programme change, fee collection.
- Maintain positive relationships with all parents and their children at our centre
- Take ownership of assigned tasks within the team and programmes.

**Requirements**:

- GCE 'O’ / ’A’ Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry
- **5 days’ work week (Including weekend)**
- Experience with CRM, in sales and customer service
- Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven and self-motivated, a team player
- Organised and independent

**- Immediate starter is preffered.
**Product knowledge and customer system management training will be provided.
