Singapore INTEGRATED HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time

1. Lead a team of junior business analysts, providing guidance and coaching to junior team members.

3. Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and for enhancements to existing systems, including involvement in the system integration testing and user acceptance testing phases.

5. Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation.

6. Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.

7. Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.

8. Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.

10. Manage vendor team by monitoring the work progress to meet project requirements for medium to large projects.

**Requirements**:
1. Successful record of accomplishment in project management, user and vendor management and as a project lead for medium to large projects.

2. Strong written and oral **communication skills **, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Need to be comfortable and have good interpersonal skills in interacting with external customers and internal stakeholders (which includes presentation to management).

4. Systematic **problem-solving **approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive, with the ability to identify solutions and perform risk analysis for both technical and business suitability.

5. Ability to perform complex tasks with **mínimal supervision **and guidance.

6. Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of **new systems **and **technologies **.

7. **Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.**
- 8-10 years of working experience with successful track record in project/operations management, user and vendor management as well as coordinating technology projects amongst multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
