Beauty Consultant

**JOB SCOPE**
- To achieve monthly sales target given in the best efforts.
- To provide excellent customer service at all times in accordance to Company’s standards and guidelines.
- To provide facial service to facial booking customers.
- To promote company's products to all customers and demonstrate product usages as when required.

**RESPONSIBILTIES**

1. To attend to walk-in customers and promote skincare, makeup, supplements by understanding customers’ need. To recommend suitable products to the customers according to their skin type and concerns.

2. To build good relations with customers and always deliver excellent customer service. To follow-up closely with customers with after purchase call, informing them of current promotions etc.

3. To drive and achieve monthly sales target, team target and shop target.

4. To maintain basic housekeeping, stocks replenishment and merchandising duties.

5. To provide excellent facial service to all facial customers with skin types analysis, recommending suitable products for home care and explaining to them the different packages available with objective to close package sales.

6. To approach new customers to get more sales. To encourage customers to join our members’ program.

7. To maintain a positive mindset, pleasant personality, go-getter attitude and to work well with team members. Good conduct needs to be displayed at all times eg : punctuality, uniform cleanliness, personal grooming.

8. To analyse customers’ needs and suitable requirements and to recommend the right products to them.

9. Any other assigned job duties by the management within reason.

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
