**My client **is a VC Funded digital health science company with a global footprint that is at the intersection of healthtech, insurtech and fintech**. Below are the primary responsibilities for the role.**

**Role**: Experience Design Lead (Asia)

**Location**: Singapore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strong graphic design skills, including experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Understand and build user journeys for a variety of users.
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and experience conducting user research
- Experience designing for a variety of digital platforms, such as websites, mobile apps, and software.
- Passion for information design and infographics.
- Ability to research, package and present web and mobile design best practices and trends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to work with developers to implement designs
- Bonus: Experience with storytelling and storyboarding for product videos.
- Bonus: Experience with prototyping and animation tools such as Principle, Adobe XD and After Effects
- Bonus: Experience with accessibility and inclusive design principles.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Five years of experience in an equivalent role.
- High level fluency in written and verbal English. Additional languages are a bonus, not a requirement.
- High level competency in design software - especially Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent platforms.
