To maintain and enforce all Quality Control (QC) activities to ensure product's quality is in accordance with the ISO standards of the Quality Management System, Company’s Manufacturing Specification and customer's requirements to enable sustainable profitability and maintain customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the QC Manager to maintain the control procedures and enforce the operation of the Quality Management System
- Coordinate on the implementation of Company’s management system audit and management review
- Maintain and enforce Plant’s product quality in accordance to Company’s Manufacturing Specification
- Evaluate and monitor for continual good quality packaging materials and the incoming product quality governed by contractual agreement
- Conduct regular visit and quality audit of key suppliers
- Coordinate and facilitate customer’s complaint investigation with other support functions
- Support Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Logistics departments on packaging trial, cost reduction and product improvement
- Maintain and update the Plant’s Quality Flowchart, specification of raw materials and collate raw materials Certificate of Analysis
- Perform the role of Document Controller and ensure all documents are properly managed
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology or related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Possess professional certification in Quality Management System Lead Auditor will be advantageous
- Highly self-motivated, independent and resourceful
- Possess good communication skills
- Willing to work in Jurong Island
