As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

How you will contribute

You will:

- Responsible for performing troubleshooting and maintenance for all facility related equipment.
- Perform
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure building system run smoothly and efficiently.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility related equipment.
- Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of facility related equipment such as HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing, lighting, generator, etc.
- Operating and maintenance of WWTP.
- Attend to emergency breakdown and feedback.
- Report on irregularities.
- Update maintenance record and file service provider service sheet.
- Maintain stock list and log of maintenance parts and consumable items.
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

What you will bring

- Minimum NTC in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in performing simple handyman jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on work.
- Able to work independently and with good working attitude.
- Certification on work at height, confine space, forklift license and Scissor lift operation license. (good to have)
