**JOB SUMMARY**

To assist Engineering Assistant and Technicians to provide day to day facilities operations support such as utilities setup for equipment installation, monitor the performance of plant equipment such as ACMV, compressed air systems, Telecommunication systems, electrical maintenance & wiring installations.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the implementation of facilities improvement, energy savings and cost reduction.
- Participate in Mini Kaizen submission to improve the Safety of the premises
- Support reinstatement of the leased premises before hand over to landlord, office layout shifting.
- Laise with cleaning vendor to ensure delivery in accordance with specifications
- Liase with vendors on outsourcing support.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company

- Able to support all shifts/flexible hours
- Strong initiative and able to work independently
