**Responsibilities**:

- Develop curriculum visions and philosophies relevant to the community care sector in alignment with SLEC’s vision for Training and Development.
- Oversee instructional and pedagogical outcomes and standards, including implementing quality framework and strategies to monitor the results.
- Establish strong teaching and learning processes to design learning experiences and create an environment conducive to developing learners’ confidence, holistic growth, and mastery of learning.
- Create curricular documents which include the principles in designing and developing curriculum, such as course blueprints, learning objectives, lesson plans, facilitator guides, assessment methodologies, etc.

**Job requirements**:

- Degree or master’s degree in education, instructional design or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional design for adult learning or in training and development, or equivalent.
- Deep domain knowledge in curriculum design & learning pedagogy.
- Fluency with instructional systems design models and methodologies and authoring tools.
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA).
- Certification in WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) will be an advantage.
- Prior work experience in the healthcare education sector will be an advantage.
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communications and organisational skills.
- Capable of working independently and under time constraints.
