**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Description**:

- Effectively supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the front desk.
- Provide exemplary customer service exceeding customer's expectations
- Assist Residents enquiries, bookings, and disputes
- Ensure timely follow-up on the residents’ enquiries
- Maintain communication channels between residents and management both verbally and in writing as required.
- Ensure that all the standards and procedures established by the management are reached successfully and permanently.
- Provide helpful general information to the residents
- Able to work under pressure in a timely manner
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and professionalism as according to organization standards
- To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties or job functions as required by the management.
**Key Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective cross-functional team member with good conflict resolution skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint Excel)
