Steelcase is expanding our eCommerce business, bringing our 109-year legacy in manufacturing high quality and ergonomic office solutions for clients such as Google, Amazon and Citibank to a new slew of B2C audiences across Asia Pacific on multiple digital touchpoints.

**What your day would look like**:

- To plan, execute and track marketing campaigns that build pipeline and mature existing opportunities, while ensuring the delivery and support of contents in on and offline channels
- To support in generating impactful go-to-market marketing strategies (paid digital, content, KOL) across the APAC market (CN, JP, HK, SG, IN, AU)
- To help manage marketing automation tools and CRM
- To manage content calendar and continually optimize content to drive traffic, engagement, and brand promotion
- To monitor, measure, and analyse the performance metrics of websites, online marketing activities across paid, owned, and earned media channels, and provide insights and interpretations
- To perform stakeholder management with internal teams, external agencies, KOLs and freelancers
- A strong eye for detail and the ability to translate commercial objectives for digital audiences with clear objectives in mind (Sales, Awareness, Lead Gen)
- The ability to make data driven decisions based on ad performance, P&L while keeping commercial objectives and challenges in mind.
- Collaborative, someone who is able to work alongside multiple stakeholders from different project teams.
- Experience with digital marketing across platforms (Google, Facebook, Affiliates) and running influencer campaigns regionally.
- Experience in ecommerce, understanding the requirements of the business across supply, operations and marketing and being able to demonstrate the decision making process required for a go-to-market campaign that covers all aspects of the eComm business.

**How to qualify**:

- 3 - 5 years of regional marketing experience across APAC
- Degree or equivalent
- Social Media savvy
