**Job Summary**: My Client is an established REIT that has properties in the region. They are looking for a forward looking and dynamic Manager, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. Armed with at least 10 years of corporate communications experience within the real estate industry, you will report to the Head of Investor Relations and support the team on all IR matters and develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework
- Provide insights on market activity to the company’s leadership team
- Analyse and present financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
- Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls
- Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters
- Help prepare the company’s Annual Report, regulatory announcements, results presentations and sustainability reports
- Attend investor conferences, roadshows, as well as one-on-one meetings/conference calls to provide business updates and communicate the company’s strategic and financial highlights to existing and prospective investors
- Monitor research coverage of the company and its key competitor set, including building and maintaining relationships with the research analyst community
- Assist in the delivery of ad-hoc initiatives to improve the company’s investor related communications

**Requirement**
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or relevant disciplines
- 10 or more years’ experience in dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and research analysts
- Strong understanding of SGX regulation and securities disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry
- Intimately familiar with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
- A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends
- Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
- Has superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring employees and investors
