**About the Job**

As part of our HR staffing team, you will help the company to perform the following recruitments duties:

- Preparation of job descriptions,
- Job postings on Job-sites and Social Media platforms,
- Preparation of quotations and costings,
- Follow up with the hiring managers to confirm the hiring,

**Requirements**:
A Diploma / Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience either in HR and/or ICT.

Recruitment and Sales working experience will be beneficial.

A self-motivated and independent person, as well as, a team player.

A dynamic, meticulous and resourceful person.

An excellent people person with good listening, counseling and job matching skills.

A good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.

Able to commit to work at least 15 hours a week (prefers 20 hours/week).e, Permanent

**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**:
A. Recruitment
- Strategize, develop, plan and execute the talent sourcing program to support the business targets.
- Perform recruitment activities to source for ICT Talents for projects, as well as, to support customers’ needs.
- Participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and liaison with Institutions of Higher Learnings on job postings.
- Track and provide daily, weekly and monthly management reports related to recruitment matters.
- Research and analyze the job market trends and statistics, as well as talent pool and availability so that our HR and recruitment practices are adapted to improve business and talent needs.

B. Talent Management
- Build relationships with talents (staffs) through informal meetings, networking and team building activities.
- Handle queries and feedback from staff, as well as the clients, and provide prompt response or resolutions accordingly.
- Track and provide daily, weekly and monthly management reports related to talents’ and clients’ matters.

C. Other value adds
- Participate in tenders.
- Create quotations and proposals for potential requirements from clients.
- Support regional business expansion plans, when necessary.

**Requirements**:
a. A diploma, degree or professional qualification.

b. At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in HR role supporting ICT or Business Operations (Insurance, R&D, Engineering, Sales, Public Sector) with good people engagement skills.

c. Professional, enterprising, resourceful, self-initiated/starter/motivated, detailed and result-oriented personnel.

d. Quick learner and adaptive to a dynamic working environment.

e. Reliable and able to take ownership of areas under your responsibilities.

f. A team player and able to work under pressure.

g. Excellent English writing and communication skills.

h. Looking for long-term career advancement within the company.
