**The Role**

Overview of the role:

- Project management and participation in clients’ remarketing exercise which includes but not limited to the following, whilst keeping Consultants abreast in overall progress:

- develop remarketing strategy with Consultants;
- where required, work with Consultants or advisory lead to design efficient plan designs that meets clients’ needs
- prepare quotation slips based on clients’ needs and requests and invite vendors to participate;
- negotiate and secure competitive price with Vendors;
- prepare remarketing report based on standard templates and in a format most suitable for Clients to understand;
- upon renewal instructions from clients, prepare placement slips and send placement instructions to Vendors
- Provide input and advice around improving Clients’ policy structures and wordings, where necessary
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets and offerings to be better equipped with basis of proposal
- Cultivate a culture of sharing insights with carriers and colleagues to help drive better and more informed decision making.
- Demonstrate proficient writing, in client reports, recommendations, and presentations (if required) for remarketing exercise
- Know the national and local H&B vendor marketplace and leverage that knowledge on behalf of Consultants and clients
- Ensure good working relationship with Carriers, Client Facing colleagues and GDC Manila Team
- Work with Client Facing colleagues to ensure clients’ benefits program are in line and adhering to local laws. If necessary, to work with GDC Manila team on changes in the communication decks for clients.
- Internal system updates in relation to remarketing/ placement matters, where required
- Assist Team Leader during projects and initiatives

- Ensure data quality and accuracy when delivery clients’ work

**The Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Health & Benefits consulting or brokerage role, or from a C&B function in industry.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Deep knowledge of the Singapore vendor marketplace
- Technical proficiency in Singaporean employee benefits
- Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
- Proficiency in English language****:
