**Job Description**:
- Liaise with internal depts.
- Teams to push for urgent remittance payments
- Perform calls on remittance payment status, returned funds / clarification
- Sorting of sources or filing
- Ad-Hoc duties as assigned
- Handle Remittance calls from customers in Mandarin/Cantonese
- This role will cover the expedition desk for internal stakeholders n perform service calls to confirm payment n also referral due to missing info by cx, and return payment due to incorrect or missing info, and service call notification, and any other adhoc assign
- Internal Desk Role requiring pulse checks on corporate transactions
