**The Job**:
You will be in the Retail team responsible for leasing the retail component of the Business Park & Industrial/Commercial buildings (Workspace Amenities).

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement the desired trades for assigned buildings
- Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospects
- Handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendation of workspace amenities to prospects
- Translate leads / opportunities into deal closures
- Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned buildings
- Preparation of lease documents
- Monitor occupancy, vacancies and renewals of assigned buildings
- Establish strong network with retailers and tenants and to help them to expand in our portfolio
- Work with asset managers to maximise building occupancy/revenue
- Support quarterly forecast revenue in portfolio and lease assessments

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity in the retail industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Possess good network of tenants and contacts
- Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player
- Sound understanding of the real estate and retail industries preferably in agency and leasing sector
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and an eye for details
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
