Shipbrokers act as intermediaries between two parties in the shipping industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will work alongside colleagues in our Singapore office to provide ship operations support to the Tanker Desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the end-to-end operations of the vessels and all post-fixing matters for vessels assigned to you.
- Assist with commercial analysis, laytime calculation, contracts preparation, raising brokerage invoices.
- Maintain close communication with Owners/Charterers and brokers on vessels’ matters.
- Participate in proposing workflow improvements and optimisations to improve efficiency and process excellence.

**Education, Experience and Skills**
- Minimum a Diploma holder and/or an associated shipping qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Tanker Operations.
- Proactive self-starter who is service-oriented. Meticulous and capable of recognizing the value of precision and nuance.
- Resilient, adaptable to changes and an excellent team player.
