**Position Overview**

Seeking a talented VFX & Animation Producer to join our team in Singapore. As a VFX & Animation Producer, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to delivery, serving as the primary liaison between clients and our internal creative team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal team, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout projects
- Work closely with directors to realize their creative vision while managing resources effectively
- Create and manage realistic production schedules and budgets for VFX and animation projects
- Coordinate workflow between different departments (modeling, animation, compositing, etc.)
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential issues before they arise and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Manage client expectations and facilitate feedback sessions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
- Maintain organized project documentation and assets
- Foster a collaborative and creative working environment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in VFX and/or animation production
- Must be willing to work at our Singapore headquarters
- Strong understanding of VFX and animation pipelines and workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with production management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry-standard software (Maya, Nuke, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of commercial production processes

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with international clients
- Knowledge of VFX integration in film production
- Understanding of different commercial formats and platforms
- Experience with remote production coordination
- Background in advertising or creative agency work
