**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure feasibility & timely publication of an aircraft assignment plan on a daily basis using an optimisation tool;
- Coordinate with Operational departments on a daily basis to ensure that all airworthiness & regulatory requirements and operational constraints are respected;
- Ensure optimality of aircraft assignment plan;
- Work with the Product team to steer development of the optimisation tool and continuously improve the aircraft assignment process.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma in any discipline;
- Meticulous, with eye for detail;
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products, especially Excel and Powerpoint;
- Knowledge and relevant experience in aircraft maintenance planning and aircraft scheduling would be preferred;
- Required to run other supporting systems in the course of generating the daily aircraft assignment;
- Able to engage / negotiate with stakeholders on rescheduling of maintenance tasks;
- Able to investigate and understand reason of unsuccessful optimisation runs and adjust as needed to issue aircraft assignment plan in a timely manner;
- Motivated and driven;
- Team player and also be able to work independently;
- Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes in an operational environment;
- Required to work shift (working hours shift pattern over weekday and weekend / PH).
