IT infrastructure 1st level support experience and knowledge (e.g. Desktop Support, VIP Support)
- Ability to provide support for IT Device (e.g. Windows, Mac, Windows Server, NAS, iPhone and Android)
- Ability to provide support for Network Devices (e.g. Router, Switch, Access Point and Firewall)
- Ability to provide support for Network Infrastructure (e.g. WAN, LAN, VLAN, Routing）
- Ability to provide support for Cloud service (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, AWS)
- MAC OS (optional)
- Create Maintenance / security / IT Audit reports
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related IT support field is required for this position.
- Willing to learn and work independently
- Required languages: English and Mandarin
