**Senior/ Sales Specialist**:

As a Senior/ Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for service sales for ABB motor & variable speed drives. Your aim will be to promote various aftersales services including servicing, repairing, replacement, upgrade, retrofit, service agreement and value add solutions to the benefit of our customers plus ABB. Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be achieving key sales targets together with service sales team, by improving sales processes and optimizing workflow to maximize sales productivity.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for driving growth in sales for service-related offerings on motor& generator and variable speed drive
- Preparing sales plans according to our service strategy and perform regular status reviews
- Building long term customer relationships
- Actively learning about and resolve customer needs and issues
- Processing, coordinating, and following up job orders with operations team to meet customers’ delivery schedule
- Assisting in the gathering and analyzing of market intelligence information and report to sales teams
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

**Your background**:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical / Electronic engineering
- Highly sales driven with at least 3-5 years of working experience in engineering/service sales
- Team player & being able to coordinate with the various team function
- Experience on Motor/Variable Speed Drive servicing will be beneficial
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
