Job Title: Studio Associate

Location: WeTuft Studio

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Shift Work Required)

**Job Description**:
WeTuft is looking for enthusiastic and creative Studio Associates to join our team As a Studio Associate, you will play a key role in providing an excellent customer experience by guiding clients through various art activities, assisting with rug-making processes, and maintaining a well-organized studio environment. If you have a passion for arts & crafts, enjoy working with people, and are detail-oriented, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Engagement & Instruction:

- Guide and teach clients the basics of tufting and other art-related activities.
- Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshooting during workshops.
- Ensure clients have a safe and enjoyable experience.

2. Studio Operations & Maintenance:

- Set up and clean up workstations before and after sessions.
- Maintain studio equipment, tools, and materials in good condition.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure cleanliness within the workspace.

3. Rug Processing & Finishing:

- Ensure quality control for completed projects before handing them over to customers.

4. Sales & Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and purchases.
- Promote additional services, workshops, and merchandise.
- Handle cash and digital payments efficiently.

5. Other Duties:

- Support marketing efforts by capturing content for social media.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and organizing materials.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for arts, crafts, or DIY projects.
- Friendly, patient, and able to communicate effectively with clients of all skill levels.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as handling tufting tools and processing rugs.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in tufting, arts, customer service, or teaching is a plus (training will be provided).
- Must be willing to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
