Founded in 2011 by designers Gin Lee & Tamir Niv, we come together as designers from two different disciplines. Good design is both aesthetically-pleasing and functional, and we strive to achieve the perfect marriage between both.- Here at GINLEE Studio, we're all about Making Fashion Matters.We are looking for a **Sales Associate **to join our expanding team. As an ambassador and the first point-of-contact in store, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. This involves everything from selling merchandise in all sales channels, handling payments, managing stock and delivery to engaging customers and making sure that the merchandise are attractively displayed.

**Job Scope
- Welcome, greet and assist customers to determine their individual shopping needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by up-selling and cross-selling merchandise.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions, including cash, credit, and returns efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving of new stock, restocking shelves and organizing the stockroom
- Keep up to date with product information, sale and promotions
- Participate in promotional events and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

**Requirements**:

- Service oriented with influencing skills to close sales.
- Prior experience in retail, especially in fashion, is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and possibly in one other language.
