**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Act as a primary point of contact for customers (existing and potential customers) and internal stakeholders (Conference calls, client presentation, service review calls, escalations)

2. Customer implementation: Marketing planning and implementing of Clients on boarding.

3. Resolve Customer issues in a professional manner.

4. Prepare monthly fund factsheets. Work closely with the investment teams for the performance and outlook commentary.

5. Upkeep the company website and maintain clients’ data.

6. Ad-hock tasks assigned as required.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree holder in a related discipline.
- 1-3 years prior experience in asset management (preferred)
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable; strong interpersonal skills; Team player.
- Service orientation with excellent written and oral communication skills.
