Metrix Precision is one of the leading calibration laboratory in Singapore providing metrology services to various industries such as Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Aerospace, Energy, Water Treatment and Marine. We are looking for a dedicated Logistics & Admin Assistant. This is a permanent position. For more information, please refer to the details below.
We are not able to sponsor any work visa for this position. Kindly ensure that you do not need a work visa to work in Singapore.
**Working Hours**:
Office hours
5 days work week (Office closed on weekends and Public Holidays)

**Roles & Responsibility - Customer Service Function**
- Attend to Client walk-ins for collection or receipt of equipment.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Issuing receipts / record keeping for cash or cheques collections from clients.
**Roles & Responsibility - Admin Function**
- Preparation of mailing documents.
- Opening / closing of counter petty cash.
- Generate Delivery Orders / Sales Orders for logistics.
- Calibration certificate preparation/ copying & filing (MS Excel)
- General Filing & other ad-hoc administrative duties
**Roles & Responsibility - Logistics Function**
- Carry items to logistics area. Items are can be heavy.
- Assist to load and unload items from the van and lorry, if necessary
- Check items are in order for delivery.
- Other ad-hoc logístical duties
**Required Qualifications**
- Possesses minimum Higher Nitec
- Minimum 2 years working experience in customer service line
- Must be well versed in MS Excel, Word and fast typing skills
Important Criteria: Can work in Singapore without any pass or work visa as we cannot sponsor any work visa.
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
