**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning
- Observe and document children’s growth and progress to tailor learning experiences
- Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to maintain a positive and organized learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers on children's development and wellbeing
- Adhere to ECDA guidelines and uphold best practices in early childhood care and education

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent recognized by ECDA
- ECDA Certification (L2 preferred)
- Passion for early childhood education and strong classroom management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant teaching experience is a plus, though new graduates are welcome to apply
