**About this opportunity**

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development of practice marketing assets and content and the implementation of customer loyalty program to address the needs of dental practitioners and help accelerate practice growth. Contribute to the fast growth of Asia Pacific business with strong coordination and implementation skills, customer-oriented mindset, and collaborative approach.

This is a contractual role for 4 months.

**In this role, you will**
- Support the ADAPT team with marketing and digital assets, such as website, brochure, EDM/social assets, practice toolkit/guides, staff training materials.
- Responsible for the implementation of customer loyalty program for APAC and provide support to local teams on pre-launch and post launch activities, like launch assets and customer communications. Work closely with Business Ops and Technical Solutions on customer facing changes.
- Assist in the development and execution of practice marketing activities, assets and content creation, including in-clinic branding materials, practice assets/toolkits, asset adaptations, and video editing.
- Work closely with the IT team to manage web-based practice development tools and coordinate the rollout to support market implementation.

**In this role, you’ll need **
- A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years marketing or equivalent experience. Experience in healthcare - medical device is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and multi-cultural organization and in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong implementation skills with excellent in execution and attention to detail.
- Be very organised in managing and coordinating multiple projects, with ability to balance multiple deadlines.
- Agility, Customer focus, Adaptability
- Ability to adapt and respond to different stakeholders.
- Be a fast learner, self-motivated, able to work independently.
- Fluency in spoken and written communication skill with English. Chinese or Japanese is plus
- Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs. Knowledge of Salesforce, and simple creative editing tools would be a bonus.

**Relationship**
- Report to Associate Director, Practice Marketing, APAC
- Collaborate with the Asia-Pacific professional marketing (ortho & GP channels), consumer marketing, sales training, clinical education/evidence, technical support team
- Support local marketing teams for implementation
- Work with other support functions
- Work with agencies
