**Company Overview**:

We create fun, engaging, and visually stunning mobile games, and we're seeking someone who shares our vision and can strengthen our financial capabilities through accurate reporting and in-depth analysis. _

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Group Consolidation
Review the group's subsidiaries' accounts.
Prepare and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of the group's financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) during the consolidation process.
- Financial Reporting
Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
Prepare statutory financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analysis & Business Partnering
Perform analysis of financial results to identify trends, variances, and present recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to improve reporting processes and enhance the quality of data.
Partner with the business team to understand and explain variances and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
- Audit
Provide necessary documentation and address queries in relation to the group accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting, with at least 2 years of group consolidation experience.
- Experience with ERP and online accounting software eg. Xero, QuickBooks, Netsuite or Zohobooks is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Tech or Video Gaming Industry will be prioritised.
- Ability to understand and converse in Mandarin is required.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
