**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and coordinate Singtel Product Stewardship initiatives across Singtel Group, including overseas entities where appropriate.
- Manage and track the group initiatives relating to product stewardship including carbon management, Green ICT, Net Zero Roadmap, environmental certifications, responsible packaging, and e-waste management.
- Engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to embed environmental processes within the business operations to ensure compliance to the Singtel Group Environmental Strategy.
- Support and collaborate with Business Units to work on more sustainable products and services to enhance our circularity.
- Research on, review, recommend and implement industry best practices on environmental strategies, policies, and procedures by staying abreast of developments and engagement with local and international network.
- Represent Singtel externally on sustainability matters and engage external stakeholders include environmental regulatory agencies and industry groups in Singapore (e.g. Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, National Environment Agency, National Climate Change Secretariat).
- Support other Group Sustainability initiatives.
- Engineering or Science degree in Environmental studies or related field
- At least 3 years of professional environmental experience
- Possess a strong knowledge of environmental regulations in Singapore and international environmental guidelines
- Excellent understanding of environmental sustainability strategies and operational sustainability concepts
- Experience in working with commercial team to develop sustainability products and services, working with e-waste, sustainable packaging and other circular systems implementation
- Possess strong data analytical and system thinking skills, with the ability to co-relate and associate various aspects of sustainability
- Project management skills such as ability to actively manage and balance task, cost and time
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Highly self-driven and pro-active with a keen interest for exploring innovative solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
