**Business Data Analyst**

We are looking for a **Business Data Analyst** to join our Singapore Commercial team and will report to the National Sales Manager

**What are the roles and responsibility?**
- Prepare financial and sales data reports to the stakeholders
- Provide data support for Monthly Business Review
- Monitor and analyse competitive activities, customer, and market trends
- Provide actionable insights and provide guidance to the commercial team
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance
- Forecast sales shortfalls, revenue performance
- Determine sales potential and provide recommendations
- Plan and evaluate sales and social media campaigns
- Analyse current market pricing to assist the Station’s revenue and profitability
- Develop dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to spot rates in the changing market needs and trends.
- Prepare and present pricing analysis report to the stakeholders
- Administer user management in Salesforce
- Provide training to the commercial team members to equip them with the Salesforce tools knowledge
- Prepare Monthly Sales Commission and Sales Campaign Incentives

**Requirement for the role**
- Knowledge in Salesforce, Dash, Cargowise, Power Bi and Tableau is an added advantage
- Proficient in Excel is a must
- At least 2 years of working experience
