- Engage enterprise customers and public agencies to tailor offerings.
- Lead customer pitches, presentations, and pilot programs.
- Ensure seamless integration across communication and video business lines.
- Oversee implementation, including network planning, installation, training, and support.
- Liaise with vendors, government authorities, and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 10-15 years of leadership experience in radio communications, surveillance systems, or integrated solutions.
- Deep knowledge of two-way radios, LTE/PoC, and IP surveillance.
- Proven success in managing complex integration projects.
