The Technical and Operations Officer will manage and monitor the computer systems, and ensure that systems are configured correctly and running efficiently. Duties for the Technical and Operations Officer will include:
Primary Role

1. Supporting end-user technologies, including desktop, printers, devices and potentially network and systems of all types to ensure IT system runs smoothly. The duties include:
a. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

b. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

c. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

d. Providing technical support across the company

e. Setting up accounts for new users

f. Maintaining hardware and software

g. Testing new technology
