**The Role of a Specialist Recruiter**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct telemarketing to generate new business leads in your specialized industry sector
- Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client’s organisation and recruitment needs.
- Perform full lifecycle of executive search process comprising of sourcing, networking, qualifying, salary negotiation, interviewing and on-boarding
- Network with Senior Executives to source for mid to high level positions
- Keep abreast of industry trends and business economies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in ANY Discipline
- Min. 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing field
- Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
- You must be resourceful, self-motivated and have a 'never-give-up' attitude
