We are looking for a highly motivated** Associate, Subscriptions **to be based in our regional Singapore office

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular analysis of the subscriptions performance across APAC markets and benchmarking against competitors to recommend construct optimizations, campaign ideas and product improvements.
- Drive the acquisition and productivity of subscribers through analysis of user acquisition, behaviour and benchmarking against competitors.
- Coordinate feature launches and implementation of best practices with local marketing teams.
- Develop and present pricing and incentive strategies using projections based on historical data.
- Work closely with the data team to ensure analytics requirements are met and train markets in the use of dashboards and reports.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing or any other related field.
- Highly analytical and structured in terms of thinking & willingness to get your hands dirty with data.
- Some proficiency in SQL to conduct simple queries or the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience or knowledge in the food delivery industry and/or growth hacking will be an advantage.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders well via excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at creating engaging presentations based on in-depth data analysis and strong commercial insights.
