**Program overview**

The new multiyear Loan strategic program, named LOANSCAPE targets to:

- Build a new platform to interconnect investors, lenders and clients on syndicated markets
- Build a digital platform for CACIB clients and investors
- Manage large lender pool deal, different loan format, institutional investors and multi-product
- Increasing agility lead by more focused and structured transactions
- Implement solution aligned with regulatory requirements (Basel IV, IFRS 9).

**Position**

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a Technical Lead to join our Core Banking IT Department (CBI), in charge of the International Core Banking System of Crédit Agricole CIB.

As a major contributor to the Loanscape program, you will need to showcase a strong autonomy and reliability while maintaining close communication with the rest of the IT project and support teams.

Your capacity to multitask will be key as your role comprehends to work on multiple projects concurrently.

You will need to develop a good understanding of both IT systems and business processes.

**Main responsibilities**
- Participate in analyzing, resolving and providing technical support escalated to the team
- Participate in peer code reviewing
- Draft specifications, technical design, unit tests, code reviews and detailed system integration documents and any other documents as required during the project lifecycle
- Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation
- Discuss solutions with project stakeholders and propose different approaches with pros and cons
- Participate in discussions on technical and architectural issues
- Contribute and guide other developers to maintaining a high standard of delivery quality

**Qualifications and Profile**

At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties:
Computer Science / Information Technology / Programming & Systems Analysis / Science (Computer Studies)

This position requires around **8+ years** of experience for Java technology from JDK11 to JDK17.

**Technical**
- **Frontend development experience** with Vuejs or Angularjs
- Experience developing web service - REST, gRPC
- Working experience with Agile Methodology in multiple projects
- Expert with following:

- Maven
- Git
- CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Gitlab CI
- Good understanding and knowledge of following:

- Containers (Docker)
- Kubernetes
- Messaging Systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebsphereMQ)
- Relational Database
- NoSQL Database
- Expertise with designs and architecture (Microservices, Event Driven, CQRS, Domain Driven Design)

**Functional**
- General knowledge of corporate and investment banking especially financing domain.
- Good understanding of SDLC
