**Responsibilities**:

- Daily drug counts for clinic, correct discrepancies on stock management system
- Daily replenishment of medication supplies to each clinic by labeling, preparing and packing stocks before arranging courier to clinics
- Receive stocks and check correct orders from suppliers
- Liaise with clinic/non-clinical staff regarding any general maintenance required and organize work to be completed
- Assist clinics with minor IT /printer problem solving
- Liaise with suppliers for equipment repairs and replacement equipment
- Manage issues arising from clinics regarding cleaning/cleaners and feedback to company
- Ensure supplier data/information is maintained and kept up to date
- Assist with general administration and coordination as required
- Work closely and cover Administrative coordinator during leave

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline or Healthcare-related certification
- At least 3 years of related experience is preferred
- Previous supply/purchasing experience in healthcare desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical software
- Knowledge of medical equipment/medicines would be an advantage
- Experience in stock taking and stock control
- Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Able to multi-task, meticulous and detail oriented
- Able to work independently
